Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

At Cash Cortex Competitions, all competition entry purchases are considered final once payment has been successfully processed.

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate transactions made in error
• Incorrect payment amounts due to technical faults
• Competition cancellation by us
• Entries purchased after a competition has officially closed due to a system error
• Any other circumstance where we are legally required to provide a refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.

Competition Cancellation

If a competition is cancelled for any reason, customers will be offered either:

• A full refund to their original payment method, or
• Site credit to use on future competitions

The choice will be at the discretion of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to answer the competition question correctly
• Failure to check competition draw dates or terms
• Internet, device, or connectivity issues on the customer’s side
• Accounts suspended or restricted for breach of our Terms & Conditions
• Entries removed due to suspected fraud, abuse, or chargeback activity

Processing Time

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and banking institution.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Any customer initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may have their account suspended pending investigation.

We reserve the right to refuse future service where abuse of our refund policy is identified.
